Ypsilanti, MI. – The Arbor Prep Gators took down the Taylor Prep Tigers in a very hard-fought back and forth battle but came out on top 7-4. The Gators got started early with a goal by Christian Ndukwe and took a two-goal lead only minutes later by Alex Oguejiofr Jr. Taylor Prep fought back and were down only by a goal at the half.
After the half, the Tigers scored quickly to tie things up at 4 but The gators caught fire and scored the next 3 goals to finish the game strong.
Oguejiofr Jr.got the hat trick on the night with Ndukwe and Humble Benson netting 2 apiece.
The Gators will hit the road Wednesday as they travel to Dearborn Henry Ford for a 5:30 start time.
