Chelsea Competitive Cheer Off To Great Start

Chelsea, MI. – The Chelsea varsity and middle school competitive cheer teams season are underway and they started out strong. The varsity team has placed 3rd and 4th while the middle school team took picked up where they left off last year, picking up a first-place finish and then in the SEC White League meet finishing second, just 4 points behind winner Dexter.

The High School Varsity Bulldogs have a very young team with 12 girls competing with Sami Krakowiak being the only senior. The girls are coached by Stephanie Pratto.

The Middle School team is in only their second year of existence and has a huge team of 16 7th and 8th graders this year and is coached by Christie Motsinger.

Chelsea is set to host its huge home competition, the Bulldog Bash, this Friday at the Chelsea High School gymnasium at 6 p.m.
